I am a Web Producer
I am a bilingual freelance web producer based in Honolulu, Hawaii. My job is help companies plan, create and market their websites in both Japanese and English. I am experienced with all stages of web development from design to backend programming.
For backend programming, I usually work with frameworks such as Ruby on Rails or CakePHP. I am also familiar with opensource software such as Drupal, Zencart and Pligg. To code, I go between Notepad++, jEdit or Dreamweaver depending on what I am doing and do most design in Photoshop or Fireworks.

Personal background
I was born and raised in Japan and attended international schools that focused on bilingual education. In addition to my client work, I spend a lot of time working on personal projects, most of which are Japanese based web services.
If I'm not in front of a computer working, I can usually be found singing Karaoke or playing the piano.
